In the beginning of October, Sonia Ntova will be our guest teacher at the studio to give three contemporary classes!

The class is based on release techniques, while applying the idea of fluiditiy/liquidity in movement. We will study the body mechanisms that allow for body extremities, learning also to protect our body while moving. The warm up, floor work and movement phrases through space are based on water dynamics.
