Can't stop turning - floating around the ground

Turning is like magic. A moment of freedom and liberation where nothing else seems important anymore except continuing to turn. One of the most joyful aspects is the feeling of lightness, when forces interact and gravity seems to disappear. I would like to propose tools to how to approach and reach this state through analysing and finding technical cues that influence weight distribution,  friction and spinal mechanics.  As another aspect we will try to understand what forces interact with us and how we can absorb them as inner assistants.  In the end everything continues to turn!
